Roles
Organization Members can be assigned roles by the Organization Admin or by other Organization Members with the Manager role.
Available roles and their respective permissions are as follows:
- Default (no additional permissions)
- Member Custodian
- Invite and Remove Organization Members
- Facilitator
- Invite and Remove Organization Members
- View Stats, Analytics, and Grades of All Members
- Edit Organization Prompt Collections
- Manager
- Invite and Remove Organization Members
- View Stats, Analytics, and Grades of All Members
- Edit Organization Prompt Collections
- Set Organization Member Roles
- Billing
- Update Billing information
Note: The Billing role can only be assigned by the Organization Admin.
