Roles

Organization Members can be assigned roles by the Organization Admin or by other Organization Members with the Manager role.

Available roles and their respective permissions are as follows:

  • Default (no additional permissions)

  • Member Custodian

    • Invite and Remove Organization Members

  • Facilitator

    • Invite and Remove Organization Members

    • View Stats, Analytics, and Grades of All Members

    • Edit Organization Prompt Collections

  • Manager

    • Invite and Remove Organization Members

    • View Stats, Analytics, and Grades of All Members

    • Edit Organization Prompt Collections

    • Set Organization Member Roles

  • Billing

    • Update Billing information

Note: The Billing role can only be assigned by the Organization Admin.
