Factors

Factors are AI-generated feedback provided after each session. Five are displayed on a radar chart, with each Factor consisting of a label (e.g., Clarity), a rating (0%- 100%), and the AI-generated feedback text.

Ovation includes Factors for each scenario (e.g., empathy, persuasiveness, fluency), or users can create their own.
