# Factors

Factors are AI-generated feedback provided after each session in the [Report](/ovation/reports.md). Five are displayed on a radar chart, with each Factor consisting of a label (e.g., Clarity), a rating (0%- 100%), and the AI-generated feedback text.

Ovation includes Factors for each scenario (e.g., empathy, persuasiveness, fluency), or users can [create their own](/ovation/factors/custom-factors.md).
