Timer
When a Recording starts, the Timer counts up to inform the user of the ongoing length of their Recording.
In the Timer Settings menu a user can instead choose to have the Timer count down from a chosen starting time. When the timer reaches 0, it will begin counting up while flashing red, notifying the user that they have gone past their intended time limit.
If the Countdown Timer checkbox is selected, a user can then select Completed Countdown Ends Recording if they want the recording to end when time has run out.
