Interviews are powered by OpenAI's ChatGPT and ElevenLabs' Generative Voice AI.

Applicant Mode

Prepare for a job interview at any company in any industry. Interviews can be with one or multiple interviewers.

Interview questions evolve based on your previous responses and various settings determined before the interview starts, including:

  • Interview Type

    • Options include General, Behavioral, and Technical.

  • Question Difficulty - The complexity and/or difficulty of the interview questions. For example, "High" may result in longer multi-part questions.

    • Options are Low, Medium, High, and Mix.

  • Interviewer Attitude

    • Options are Friendly, Neutral, Intimidating, Harsh, Humorous, and Mix.

  • Your Name [optional]

  • Job Title - The position you're applying for (e.g., Software Developer, Chef)

  • Company Name [optional] - The company you're applying to.

  • Industry [optional] - The industry the company is in.

  • Number of Questions

  • Additional Context - Any additional information you want the interviewer(s) to have when formulating questions. For example, "At some point during the interview, ask me about my Photoshop skills."

Interviewer Mode

Evaluate AI applicants applying to your company.

Applicant responses evolve based on your questions and various settings determined before the interview starts, including:

  • AI Applicant - The generated personality and background of the job applicant, determined by the settings below.

  • Job Title - The position the AI applicant is applying for (e.g., Software Developer, Chef)

  • Company Name [optional] - The company you work for.

  • Industry [optional] - The industry your company is in.

  • New Applicant Additional Context - Additional details you want the AI to consider when generating new applicants. For example, "The applicant should be nervous but has a decade of experience."

  • Additional Context - Any additional information you want the applicant to have when formulating responses to your questions. For example, "The applicant should mention their internship last summer and how that has prepared them for this role."
