If the Ovation software crashes, a crash log containing detailed information about the nature of the crash and the hardware being used will be sent to Ovation servers. This information helps us diagnose and fix issues quickly through a software patch, if necessary.
Accounts can prevent crash logs from being sent to Ovation servers via the web portal. For Individual subscribers, the option is found on the Account/Settings page. For Organization subscribers, the option is found on the Admin/Settings page and will be applied to all accounts within the organization.
